School of Architecture affiliated to Kannur University was shifted from Government Engineering College, Wayanad, to Government Engineering College, Thrissur, during 2002. The B Arch programme affiliated to the University of Calicut was started in the year 2005-2006 with approval by the Council of Architecture and the All India Council for Technical Education. The intake of students to this programme is 20 and the duration is five years.
